You are invited to join Chia for a week long retreat at Prana del Mar.

 

This beautiful retreat center is located at the beach, on five acres near the southern tip of the Baja peninsula. With the mountains to the east, the Pacific to the west, and the desert all around, an ideal place and setting for rest, relaxation, and rejuvenation.

 

Here we will explore our lively bodies, through movement, meditation, inquiry, and conversation, where listening, slowing down, pausing, and stopping is possible, we melt into another way of experiencing our bodies, and time.

 

This yoga retreat is for everybody and everyone – open to all levels!

 

Time to relax, read a book, get a massage, take a nap, watch the sunrise and sunset, and practice yoga daily!

 

This yoga retreat in Mexico includes:

  • 7-nights accommodation at Prana del Mar
  • Three fresh, healthful feasts per day
  • Two movement/yoga classes per day
  • Airport transfers on April 5th and Apr 12th
  • All sales and lodging taxes

 

Not included in the cost of the trip:

  • Airfare
  • Optional massage or spa treatments
  • Alcoholic beverages or personal expenses
  • Any meals off-site (excursions or trips to local towns)
  • Surfing, horseback riding, kayaking, and other optional excursions
  • Travel insurance (highly recommended)
  • Airport transport on alternate dates
  • Gratuities for retreat center staff

 

Pricing
Double-occupancy: $2,400 per person
Single-occupancy: $2,900 per person

 

A $700 non-refundable deposit holds your space. Final payment is due 90 days prior to retreat’s start date.

 

Refunds – less deposit – are available 90 days prior to the retreat. We cannot provide for cancellations within 90 days of retreat.

 

We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury & health issues, family emergencies, inclement weather, etc.), but we have costs already incurred + contracts to honor when reserving a retreat center. For this reason, comprehensive travel insurance is highly recommended. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Chia Seed Rafelson
Chia lives in Portland Oregon, where she has been guiding people on their yoga journey since 2006.

 

Chia works with people 1:1, facilitates classes and retreats.

 

Chia’s teaching style is a harmonious blend of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga, with a strong emphasis on the breath (pranayama), and self-healing.

 

She encourages students to smile, breathe, move slowly, listen to their bodies, and to listen to the wisdom of their own heart. Chia is soulful, joyous, and clearly in her element when she is teaching.
