Join Caroline for six nights at this luxurious retreat center. Yoga vacations (retreats) are a wonderful opportunity to explore how happy and healthy you can feel when you practice yoga daily, eat healthy meals at regular times, spend quality time with like minded people and enjoy exploring cultures that are different from your own.
Days will begin with fruit and tea before a two-hour morning Hatha Flow practice. The moderate pace and emphasis on healthy alignment will encourage you to naturally advance your practice and center your mind. Philosophical insights are threaded into the practice and can easily provoke further contemplation and journaling in your free time. The morning practice ends in time for a nourishing breakfast which can be enjoyed in the morning sun looking east towards the mountains. The rest of the day is yours to enjoy as you wish. In the late afternoon, when lunch is fully digested, we will meet again for another extended practice and this could be a workshop style session with a special focus or a truly relaxing restorative practice, these classes will lead into a sunset meditation gazing across the Pacific Ocean. By this time you’ll probably be ready for another delicious meal with the great company of new and old friends.
Caroline encourages everyone to have a minimum of six months yoga experience before coming on retreat. Her classes truly invite all levels of yogis to enjoy advancing their practice in a steady and patient way.
