Each day you will experience a morning yoga session with the smell of the ocean and the feel of your body immersed in beauty and camaraderie of health. During the day, you will have free range of the beaches, sun and desert beauty of Prana del Mar. In the evening, an enlightening and informative health chat over exotic, oft-organic, regenerative cuisine. Seth will guide you through understanding the best of ideal choices to make at home and how to facilitate a lifestyle change to live optimally. Feel connected again, feel whole again, feel young again with the sound of the waves the smell of the fresh salt air and the sight of ocean life invigorating your soul.
This visually amazing ocean/desert experience is nestled on the soft sand and surf of Baja’s Pacific coast. The resort accommodations feature spa services, meters of beach for your enjoyment, a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and meditative garden labyrinth. Optional excursions are available to enjoy snorkeling and kayaking, horseback riding, surfing, and more for an additional fee.
This yoga & nutrition retreat includes:
- 6 nights accommodations at the deluxe Prana del Mar Retreat & Wellness Center
- Three incredible, healthful meals per day. Most meals are vegetarian with fresh fish and seafood served several times throughout the week
- Daily yoga practice and movement/nutrition class

Pamela Serna
Pam is a certified yoga instructor and personal trainer and has been aware of her body and movement her whole life through self-study. She found yoga 25 years ago and has been practicing and living yoga ever since. She founded the Santa Fe Yoga Festival and has dedicated her life to serve others though awareness of movement and breath. She aspires to continue to learn, grow and experience as much as she can with a sense of wonder and gratitude. Her goal is to live consciously, being part of and help build a community that gives back to this earth and one another. She thrives on being a positive force in this life.

Seth Vigil
Seth is a certified personal trainer and health coach based in Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Growing up in northern New Mexico, I excelled in sports such as baseball, cycling, swimming, and rock climbing. In the mid-2000s, I discovered CrossFit and founded of one of New Mexico’s original and largest CrossFit gyms.
I’ve devoted my life to educating my clients and the public about what I’ve learned from spending over two decades in the health and fitness industry. More than anything, I want people to know that they’ve been misled and misinformed when it comes to their health – and I want to help them understand what to do about it.
Bad information based on old theories has permeated our thinking, and it has contributed to an obesity epidemic that is now causing record numbers of people to suffer from diseases such as diabetes and cancer. I know this firsthand, because these diseases have afflicted some of the people I’m closest to. And I want to do my part to turn this trend around and help as many people as I can. In my practice, I provide athletic and nutrition education to help people feel enlightened, fulfilled and inspired – and certainly not intimidated. To me, success comes from helping my clients transform their lives by teaching them how to be as healthy as possible and to have fun on their journey.
