The Pilates/Wellness Retreat Cost is $500

The accommodation rates are below. First come first serve.

What to Expect:

• Morning Pilates Classes: Featuring Restorative, Classical, and Contemporary Pilates with The Spinefitter.
• Afternoon Workouts: Experience diverse full-body movement sessions.
• Interactive Workshops: Curated especially for you, focusing on wellness and personal growth.
• Delicious Meals: Enjoy nutritious, vegetarian-focused cuisine with options for dietary preferences.
• Relaxation Time: Unwind by the Pacific Ocean, soaking in the sun and tranquility.

This Pilates retreat in Mexico includes:

• 5-nights accommodation at Prana del Mar
• Three fresh, healthful feasts per day
• Daily classes, workouts, and workshops
• Airport transfers between Prana del Mar and Los Cabos International airport (SJD) on February 16th and 21st
• All sales and lodging taxes

Not included in the cost of the trip:

• Airfare
• Optional massage or spa treatments
• Alcoholic beverages or personal expenses
• Any meals off-site (excursions or trips to local towns)
• Surfing, horseback riding, kayaking, and other optional excursions
• Travel insurance (highly recommended)
• Airport transport on alternate dates
• Gratuities for retreat center staff

Pricing
Double-occupancy: $1,545 per person
Single-occupancy: $2,045 per person

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot.

We highly encourage participants to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment.
