Sarah Moslemi
Sarah began her career almost 20 years ago as a massage therapist and healer, simultaneously incorporating yoga into her life. The heat and movement of the practice captivated her! She continued to make bodywork, asana & breath a major part of her life. Yoga wasn’t just about physical flexibility, but it taught her life’s rules to live by. In 2009, she became a certified vinyasa and hot yoga instructor. Grateful for the teachings of Yoga to use breath to move through difficult postures on and off the mat, to stay flexible in mind and in body and the ability to bring volume and purpose to her voice by sharing her teachings as it parallels life so well. She is the owner of three Studio One Yoga locations and recently launched S1 Yoga’s RYT 200-Hour Teacher Training and S1 Yoga Retreats. This opportunity allowing her passion to grow her reach to influence and bringing Community’s together as One. She and her husband live in Stillwater, MN with their 5 children.

Dariush Moslemi
Always a skeptic of yoga or anything like it, Dariush grew up in the pool as a competitive swimmer while also practicing martial arts. Having spent his college career in the military and training in Tae Kwon Do, Dariush felt he knew all there was to know about health and wellness…until yoga. Talked into a power vinyasa class by a girl (of course), he figured if he went and got it out of the way he could be left alone about trying it. Seven days and seven classes later, he knew he was hooked and was already sharing with everyone in his life the benefits he was experiencing and how much he loved the well-rounded workout, through body, mind and spirit. Not too long after his first class, Dariush enrolled in teacher training and became a certified 200-hour yoga instructor, following that up with an extended training refining his knowledge. He has since been an instructor throughout the Twin Cities in both large format classes and small private lessons. Dariush strives to bring yoga to the “everyman, woman or child,” having been such a skeptic himself, relates to his students through humor and humility while showing everyone how they are flexible, strong, confident, and ready for yoga. He married the girl that talked him into it and spends most time with their 5 babies and couple of yoga studios.
