Tai Hubbert, E-RYT & YACEP

As an experienced breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher, and integrative wellness practitioner, Tai supports the process of releasing burdens and embodied stories of the past so one can be more fully available to the gifts and possibilities of the present.

Tai has been a practitioner of yoga and meditation for 20 years and received teaching certification while in residence at the Himalayan Institute, studying under the direction of Pandit Rajmani Tigunait, Dr. Rolf Sovik, Sheri Friedrichsen, and Sandra Anderson. She has studied extensively with Annie Carpenter in the SmartFlow yoga system, and has been strongly influenced by Tias Little, Donna Farhi, and Dr. Douglas Brooks. As a spiritual practitioner, her path has been supported by the teachings and mentorship of Adyashanti, Jeannie Zandie, and Thomas Hubl, as well as Hakomi psychotherapy. Tai has been guiding breathwork journeys for individuals and groups for a decade, creating strong and loving containers for deep therapeutic and transformational experiences.

Tai is honored to support the process of “homecoming” and offers integrated retreat experiences around the world, and advanced trainings, ceremonies, and weekly classes in Seattle. More information on her website.

Sharon Barto, E-RYT

Sharon is a yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, and breathwork facilitator. With each modality, her goal is to support you into settling more deeply into yourself.

Sharon has been practicing yoga since 2003 and teaching since 2011. Having begun practicing with primarily physical motives, she soon discovered a much deeper connection between the mind, body, and spirit through breath. The sense of peace beginning to carry over from the mat into daily life was impossible to ignore. After moving to Seattle, WA in 2007, Sharon completed Yogalife’s extensive teacher training program.

Sharon encourages both creativity and mindfulness in her classes. Acknowledging that yoga is a life-long journey, Sharon emphasizes honoring the body for where it is in this present moment. Through a mixture of both dynamic and nurturing asana, she encourages a gradual opening of the body and quieting of the mind by honoring and expanding the breath. She does this all with a gentle sense of humor.

As a Reiki practitioner, Sharon is attuned in the Usui Holy Fire lineage and has been working with clients since 2019. She completed level 1 and 2 breathwork facilitation training in 2021 with Tai Hubbert.
