Join me for a blissful 6 days & 5 nights at Prana del Mar, a luxury yoga retreat center located on five beautiful acres near the southern tip of the Baja Peninsula. Spring is a special time of awakening – an opportunity to tune in to yourself, release what no longer supports your well-being, and plant the seeds of intention for the year ahead.
During this retreat, we will cultivate mindful awareness of body and mind through a nourishing blend of vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, pranayama and meditation. Practicing mindful awareness teaches us to be fully present in each moment, creating the internal conditions for clarity, contentment and awakening to the light of your highest self. My hope is that you leave feeling refreshed, inspired and re-energized!
