Come spend a week in paradise at Prana del Mar. This truly “”off the grid”” and green eco retreat center was built to soothe your body, mind and spirit. Daily vinyasa yoga, guided meditation and beach runs will center and strengthen you. Relax by the pool, on the beach, in a hammock, or walk the resort grounds visiting the desert garden, organic vegetable and herb garden. At night, lie back on the roof deck and admire the millions of stars. Take time out in your ocean view room or rejuvenate with a massage.

Tasha Rein
Ten years ago Tasha went to her first yoga class and all of the sudden she was twisted, upside down, sweating like never before and loving it. Soon she was going to yoga all the time, she was hooked. In yoga she was fearless, eager and willing to try any pose, and when she fell over she would smile, laugh and try again. Now let’s just say this was not her general behavior off the mat and she recognized this. Through yoga her awareness and compassion have grown. She is calmer, more patient, her fear of the unknown is diminishing, and her heart is opening. Everyday she becomes more joyful. loving. fearless!
Tasha’s classes allow you to safely explore your strengths and your ability to surrender. Long, asymmetrical sequences develop awareness of the present moment and are designed to make challenging poses more accessible, to build heat and are linked with deep, conscious breath. From this work comes the shedding of the unnecessary, the fresh, empty space that you created from your conscious breath and movement. This space can be filled with the light and love that lives deep inside you, allowing you to be joyful. loving. fearless! That is the magic of yoga.
Gillian Clark
Gillian has practiced daily meditation for over eleven years. She had a blow-out enlightenment experience 5 years ago, which transformed her way of being in the world. She is a trained enlightenment master in the lineage of the The Enlightenment Intensive, created by Charles Berner, based on Rinzai Zen contemplation. She teaches meditation, contemplation, visioning and spiritual principles and practices to individuals and groups, primarily at her Los Angeles studio, SWERVE.
Her style is permissive, encouraging individual freedom, while holding a firm container for transformation. Gillian is a long-time practitioner of Science of Mind, a Oneness-based methodology for spiritual life. She is a dedicated practitioner of loving kindness though she still cusses, acts crazy and makes mistakes. Gillian is also trained as an Anusara, Yoga Tune Up, Pilates, fitness and dance teacher. She created Yoga Booty Ballet® in 1998, which came to her in a dream.
