In this perfect setting, Mark will guide participants into more subtle layers of practice, while building skill, proficiency, and inner power.

In addition to the inspiring yoga, there will be plenty of free time to enjoy the area, whether you choose to just relax at the pool, walk the beach, enjoy a spa treatment, or participate in an optional activity – surf lessons, kayak & snorkel trip, sea turtle hatchling release, horseback riding, visit to one of the local towns, and more.

This Shadow Yoga retreat will be an opportunity to immerse yourself in Shadow Yoga in an environment supportive of deep practice. Mark will progressively guide the group over the course of the week to a higher level of skill, proficiency, and inspiration.
