A Rejuvenating Yoga Retreat

Take some time for yourself in beautiful and relaxing Los Cabos, Mexico. Join Michelle & Susan for their second yoga retreat at Prana del Mar. We will practice twice daily, and have plenty of time for excursions or private reflection. Our practice will be suitable for all levels, with an emphasis on nurturing the mind and body.

 

Pricing includes:

  • Seven days of luxurious lodging
  • Three vegetarian meals daily (fish and seafood available several times during the week)
  • Daily yoga and meditation classes
  • One adventure day trip into town
  • Transportation to and from Los Cabos (SJD) airport on beginning and end dates of retreat (April 23rd & 30th)
  • Sales and lodging taxes

  • Airfare to Cabo San Lucas (SJD)

Cancellations: If you can fill your spot, you will receive a refund, minus $100.00 administration fee, otherwise, no refunds 3 months prior to retreat.

 

Susan Urquhart-Brown, RsCP, RYT
Susan is a yoga and meditation teacher who is passionate about bringing presence to all aspects of life on and off the mat especially awakening the wisdom of one’s true nature. Susan is a graduate of The Deep Yoga 200-hour Teacher Training Program at Piedmont Yoga, Relax and Renew Training with Judith Lasater, and Yoga for Healthy Aging Training with Baxter Bell and Nina Zolotow. Susan owns Anjori Yoga Studio in Oakland, CA. Susan’s nurturing style offers a combination of mindfulness meditation, hatha yoga, vinyasa flow, and restorative asanas.

 

Michelle Gilmore, RN, MSN, NP, Yoga Therapist
Michelle began practicing yoga in 1994 and teaching in 2002. A graduate of multiple teacher trainings, including Tim Miller’s Ashtanga training, Leah Gillman’s Vinyasa Flow Training, Judith Lasater Relax and Renew Restorative Training and BK Bose Therapeutic Yoga Training, Michelle’s teaching style is eclectic and supportive. The foundation of her teaching is based on observation and knowledge of the body and her keen awareness of the needs of her students.
