Join us for a rejuvenating retreat with yoga, guided meditation, group discussions, relaxation, outstanding organic food, the best margaritas of your life, laughing with other physician moms, watching the star-filled sky and falling asleep to the sound of the waves breaking on the beach. You will be staying at the eco-luxury Prana Del Mar Retreat Center in Baja, Mexico less than a half hour from Cabo San Lucas, near the Southern end of the Baja peninsula nestled between the Pacific ocean and the Sierra del Laguna mountains.

Enjoy deluxe accommodations, delicious food, warm hospitality, and the natural beauty of Baja, Mexico. Come to rest and recharge on retreat!

• Three nights deluxe accommodations
• Three fresh, healthful meals prepared each day – primarily vegetarian cuisine with fish & seafood also served at times

Pricing
Double-occupancy: $925 per person
Single-occupancy: $1,160 per person

Payment policies: Payment is nonrefundable and nontransferable. We recommend you purchase travel insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if you have to cancel your trip.

Dr. Kathy Stepien
Kathy, a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, has nearly 30 years of experience in healthcare. A former physical therapist who also holds an MA in Philosophy, she attended medical school at the University of Washington School of Medicine. She completed her residency in pediatrics in 2011.

Dr. Stepien has a particular interest in physician wellness. Using resources from her broad background, she works to enhance physician wellness at the personal, institutional and cultural levels. Her goal is to support health – benefiting physicians as well as their patients.

She is a proud mother of two boys, a board-certified pediatrician in private practice and an avid problem solver.
