November 12 – 19, 2022
The Fall is a beautiful time to go within and connect to the deeper dimensions of one’s Self – to turn towards the wisdom and intelligence within, and to more fully embody what is discovered there. This week in retreat is your invitation to take pause from the routines of daily life so that you can listen more deeply to your body, heart, and soul, and emerge in closer relationship with who and what you truly are.
In the safety and support of the retreat container, you will be skillfully guided in the practices of yoga, meditation, and conscious connected breathwork to support deepening self-awareness, presence, and insight. Twice daily meditation (morning and afternoon) will be offered, along with daily morning yoga (mindful Vinyasa). Afternoon sessions will include three Breathwork Ceremonies (conscious connected breathing) and two gentle Yin/Restorative yoga sessions. All practices will meet you exactly as you are.
Enjoy space throughout the week to rest, integrate, and explore. Watch the sun rise and set from the rooftop patio, take a dip in the saltwater swimming pool, stargaze from the hot tub, enjoy long walks on the quiet and expansive beach. And there’s a good chance you’ll see migrating humpback whales from the beach.
Prana del Mar is off the grid and a truly special place. The land and gracious staff create an ideal place to be held and to rejuvenate, recalibrate, and re-inspire. The entire retreat center is ours to enjoy, with no outside guests or other energies entering the retreat sanctuary.
A dedicated space for women: Something quite beautiful happens when women come together in a sacred way to heal, connect, share, vision, and tap into the depth of wisdom they embody. This retreat is ideal for women seeking a place where they can just be – together – and to cherish the immense power and beauty within ourselves, and each other.
