Grace in Grief

A Moving Journey of Renewal, Release & Reemergence
Baja, Mexico
w/ Alison Rothman
October 27 – November 1, 2025

We will dive deep at Prana del Mar, an exquisite venue on the tip of the Baja, the perfect container to hold our process while tapping into this potent time of the year, Dia De Los Muertos, where the veils are thin and the potentiality of descending into the underworld is potent.

These past many years have been a deep journey through layers of grief and loss for so many. It is important to create the platform and opportunity for ourselves to move the energy, access the emotion around the loss and upheaval, connect with those that have passed, and renew ourselves on an embodied level.

Using time-honored insights and embodiment practices ~ dance, yoga, circle and creative processes ~ to connect with yourself, other women and the wisdom from your seen and unseen guides and protectors.

Letting go and reclaiming energy to emerge renewed.

Disconnecting from what was to connect to the possibility of what can be.
