Cultivate practices of love for yourself and all sentient beings.
As humans, a secret of life is we must learn to cultivate inside what we wish to experience in life. Through the power of yoga, we can do this – together! For this special 2023 retreat, please join Rachel and Eric of Centered City Yoga, in coming together to create space to heal our hearts and open to peace, love, humanity and light. We will do this through asana, vinyasa, meditation, journaling, speaking, silence, and general mindfulness. Return home with tools to continue on your own and share with your loved ones. Come home to your heart, discover peace, and remember your value as a sacred sentient being.
“Our intention for this special week of relaxation, yoga, meditation and inspiring workshops, is to allow the sacred environment to restore each soul to its essence, while dissolving all stress through the natural wild of the desert and sea, merged with conscious renewal.”

Eric Martin
Eric Martin is an example of a highly successful businessman living a balanced yogic lifestyle. He holds a B.S. in computer science, with an MBA in finance. He has spent 30+ years assisting the turn-around of distressed businesses in many industries.
In 2003, Eric met Manju Jois. Eric was changed by Manju’s powerful and authentic teaching ability. Manju is the pure lineage of Ashtanga since his father Pattabhi Jois passed away in 2009.
He teaches a simple, profound practice that sets Eric and anyone who dedicates to learning under him apart from all who teach an incomplete yoga style. Eric teaches yoga with the spirit of Manju in his heart. He stays close to roots of lineage, with perfect adjustments and a humble, yet empowering voice.
Eric is also a student of Srivatsa Ramaswami, learning Vinyasa Krama. Srivatsa is a humble, yet powerful yogi, of deep lineage, and holds true to the teachings of his teacher, T. Krishnamacharya. Since meeting Sri, Eric’s teaching has evolved to blend in the strength, and depth of both of his teachers in a beautiful way.
