Bliss Camp Yoga Retreat in Cabo

Baja, Mexico
w/ Brittany Bamrick & Ashley Griffin
October 29 – November 5, 2022

Join Brittany Bamrick and Ashley Griffin for a week-long vinyasa yoga retreat, specially curated for yoga teachers, retreat leaders, teacher training graduates, and passionate students.

Our weekly curriculum will include sunrise meditations, supercharged 90-minute flows before breakfast, and grounding yin/restorative practices each evening. Throughout the week, workshops will be offered for current or prospective yoga teachers and retreat leaders to amplify their ability to connect: with students, each other, and themselves.

Though we’ll offer an abundance of continuing education to inspire the yoga teachers in attendance, you do not have to be a yoga teacher to join us! Come as you are. We will welcome you with open arms. Our mission is that everyone who commits to joining us will leave this retreat with an elevated sense of purpose, in yoga and in life.

Brittany + Ashley will hold space for you to enjoy your week as you see fit. All practices (meditations, yoga + personal/teacher development workshops) are optional but encouraged. Ample whitespace is included into our itinerary so you can read, nap, swim and sunbathe to your heart’s content.

All prices for this yoga training & retreat include:

  • On-the-mat inspiration: twice-daily asana practices (think 90 minute flows before breakfast, and a deep + delicious yin or restorative in the evening)
  • Morning meditations
  • Three workshops to elevate your teaching + personal development: We’ll cover tools to make deeper teacher-student connections, play with the art of masterful sequencing, and return home to our core values + why we do what we do
  • Your accommodation of choice
  • Three delicious, healthful meals daily – mainly vegetarian with several seafood options throughout the week
  • Private beach access
  • Horseback riding experience along the beach
  • The entire grounds of Prana del Mar to ourselves: sauna, jacuzzi, walking meditation labyrinth, roof top lounge area, and more
  • Airport transfers to + from SJD airport for our guests on the first + last dates of the retreat (Oct 29th and Nov 5th)

Deepening education for current yoga teachers:
With a combined 20 years of teaching experience, Ashley & Brittany are eager to offer professional development trainings for yoga teachers.

These trainings are designed to encourage expansion and conversation for anyone who wants to teach with more impact, inclusivity, and in alignment with your core values. We’ll workshop masterful sequencing, music, fundamentals of human development, and clarity – plus delivery of your personal message.

Brittany Bamrick
Brittany is devoted to serving students on and off the mat. She thrives in community, and has supported yoga communities on the east and west coasts, as well as on ten yoga retreats to date. Her aim is to remind you of your worth, your strength, and that all of this is temporary.

In addition to leading 200-hour yoga teacher trainings both in New Jersey and California, Brittany recently graduated her 300 hour teacher training with HeartYoga in March 2021. Her specialty trainings include a deep dive into yin yoga, Reiki level 1 and 2 attunements, stand up paddleboard yoga, and intro to Ayurveda. Brittany is a former lululemon ambassador, and has presented at Wanderlust festivals in Aspen and Brooklyn.

Brittany’s natural inclination for fulfilling her why and seeking her edge bring these same principles to the forefront of her classes. The most meaningful yoga she has ever practiced is caring for her one year old daughter. Brittany currently resides outside Nashville, TN and works privately with yoga and meditation clients.

Ashley Griffin
Ashley was first introduced to yoga as a young teenager by her mother. She is here to heal, serve, and support you on and off your mat. She is a community builder. She speaks and shares from the heart. She wants to inspire her fellow brothers and sisters to tap into their innate intuitive powers of the mind, body, and spirit. Who were you before the world told you who to be? Let’s get free and let’s do it together.

Ashley graduated her 300-hour yoga teacher training with Jason Hulshof of Heartyoga March 2021. Prior to this, she completed multiple 200-hour yoga teacher trainings [American Yoga Academy 2014 + Lifepower Yoga 2015], a 30-hour yin yoga training, and stand up paddle board yoga certification in East Hampton, New York. She is also a level 3 Reiki healer.

Ashley is the owner of the Hot Yoga Sanctuary, in Livingston, New Jersey. She is extremely passionate about leading yoga teacher trainings, and as a 200-hour yoga teacher training facilitator, she has graduated more students than she can count. Most recently, she led a 30-hour yin yoga teacher training in February 2021, and co-led Jonah Kest’s 200-hour training alongside Jonah and Andrew Sealy in Costa Rica. Ashley is a legacy ambassador for Lululemon and looks forward to growing and exploring with you.
