Baja Mexico Yoga Retreat
A Retreat in Los Cabos
w/ Laura Ederer & Richard Guevara
April 9 – 14, 2023
April in Washington can often be rainy and cold. This past April may have been the coldest Spring we’ve had in the PNW for years. Why not plan to practice yoga in the warmth of the sun in Prana del Mar in Baja Mexico with Lara & Richard?
Each day will offer yoga practices, time to play, explore, and even just let go and relax if that’s what feels best. Prana del Mar is a tranquil beachfront eco-retreat and wellness center located at the southern tip of Baja, Mexico near Cabo San Lucas. This tranquil and serene setting on the Pacific coast promises luxurious comfort set amidst an endless expanse of mountains, desert, and beaches.
Please join Richard Guevera (E-RYT 500) and Lara Ederer (E-RYT 500) this April for a rejuvenating yoga retreat at Prana del Mar in Baja Mexico.
Life is a little different at Prana del Mar. Several characteristics make us a unique and special place to go on retreat. First of all, though it’s less than an hour’s drive from the Los Cabos International airport and only 15 minutes from the edge of Cabo San Lucas. It’s off-the-beaten-path at a nearly-deserted beach. The sense of tranquility and spaciousness makes the location ideal for self-reflection and exploration.
Prana del Mar is also completely off-grid – with no power lines, water lines, or telephone lines within miles of our property. This means the retreat center generates its own electricity from solar panels, gets water from its own well, and lives life a little more in tune with the rhythms of nature. Conservation and stewardship for the environment is central to the ethos and is reflected in all facets of the approach.
Retreat guests will have ample time in the day to enjoy the full use of all resort amenities and optional excursions:
- Snorkeling, kayaking, horseback riding, hiking, surfing, swimming
