About the Retreat

Situated in the desert of Baja California, Mexico, Prana del Mar is a luxurious oceanfront retreat and wellness center located at the southern tip of the peninsula just 25 minutes north of Cabo. Surrounded by expansive views of the Sierra de la Laguna mountains, stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, and the opportunity to spot wildlife around every corner. Wake up to the sounds of the waves and begin your day with all level yoga classes led by Erin Ward-Williams. You’ll be living your best life setting out on new adventures and lounging poolside.

All prices for this yoga & fitness retreat include:

• 7 nights accommodations. Single and double occupancy rooms available.
• 3 delicious and healthy meals per day with seafood options and alternatives for those with dietary restrictions
• Daily yoga classes led by Founder, Erin
• Horseback riding session through the desert and along the Pacific Ocean

Erin Ward-Williams
Founder of Azur Fit and E-RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher), Erin has a passion for movement, fitness, and fashion. She began her yoga journey in 2010 and completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2012. She went on to train and educate students and yoga teachers alike for the course of a decade. Her journey led her to launch her activewear line, Azur Fit in 2018 with the goal of creating functional and flattering pieces that truly complement the female form. Erin also enjoys weight lifting, nature and connecting with her community.
