Where “all-inclusive” includes wellness and good health. 8 days of Bliss means you get to take some time away from daily life to gain perspective and get some fresh insight. Healthy living, healthy eating, healthy being. Spending a week oceanside is nurturing for the soul and we all know we need that Self-Care.
Optional yoga practice and meditation are offered twice daily. Classes are “multi-level” which means all poses are given with options for all bodies. This retreat is an open invitation to take every moment, breath, and movement exactly how you need it – fine tuning your relationship to you.
Come with an open mind so you can experiment and meet yourself where you are, one breath at a time. And come back refreshed, recharged and more grounded in who you truly are.
This retreat is happening at the luxurious, oceanfront yoga retreat centre, Prana del Mar in Baja, Mexico. Spend the day walking barefoot on miles of stunning beaches, practicing yoga in the beautiful studios, catching waves at one of the nearby surf breaks, riding horseback along the coast, paddling and snorkeling in the Sea of Cortez, or lounging in the swimming pool.
This yoga retreat includes:
- 7 nights deluxe accommodations at Prana del Mar
- Yoga and Meditation for up to 4 hours a day, depending on what you feel like doing
- Yoga wisdom talks that inspire you and help you understand how to better move through this world
- Three delicious, healthful meals per day – mainly vegetarian with fish and seafood served several time per week
- All water, teas, and juices with meals
- Full use of all resort amenities – including swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, labyrinth, desert gardens, and more
- Roundtrip airport transportation on first and last day of retreat (March 7th & 14th)

Francesca ter Poorten
Francesca teaches a unique style of yoga that reflects her 25 years of learning and practicing. Initially, she started as an inflexible athlete but was hooked after her first yoga class, allowing the body to feel fantastic while simultaneously settling the mind and finding peace.
Francesca studied at Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore with Pattabhi Jois, Shiva Rea and is constantly innovating and progressing her skills – as she is currently working on her yoga therapeutics certification. Specifically, Francesca is an E-RYT 200 and E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance, has Senior Teacher status through Yoga BC, and has her Aerial Training certification with Unnata as well as her Critical Alignment Certification with Gert Van Leeuwen. In addition, Francesca has also studied Buddhism and has a certificate in life coaching.
Her teaching style has embodied this training and incorporates a combination of strength, grace and compassion. In addition, she has a deeply intuitive sense of the transformational properties of yoga – physically, psychologically, philosophically, and spiritually. With these tools, she has helped students of all levels find the benefits of a consistent yoga practice.
Known for her serious yoga practice, her commitment to the healing practices of yoga as well as her adventurous spirit and her love of a good time, Francesca is simultaneously lots of fun to retreat with as well as a teacher that will press you to dig deep to heal and find peace. With a compassionate heart and a strong faith in the transformative qualities of yoga, Francesca will guide you on the way to yourself. A week in her light will leave you with a deeper understanding of yourself and a commitment to become lighter and love more. She may also lead you off the beaten path for some fun and some giggles.
