Taking a tour of our local beach and the surrounding hills and bluffs via horseback is a great way to get to know the area and see things from another point of view.
This relaxing excursion starts at a small ranch that is one of our neighbors just down the beach. They will pick you up, introduce you to your horse, and give you a short explanation outlining basic safety. Your guide will then lead you along the shoreline, over the dunes, and up a hilltop for a vista overlooking the Pacific.
Some time in the saddle will give you an overview of our beautiful beach and highlight the stark contrast between the arid desert and the expansive ocean. Giddyup!
