Our retreat is a bit fire, and a bit ice. You could say the Game of Thrones of yoga. We will be teaching an Ashtanga Vinyasa based class in the morning for two hours; and we will be teaching a 90 minute calming yin-style practice in the evening. You can expect: hands-on adjustments, verbal cuing of different patterns of breath, and use of props to assist in various forms.
Josh and Nichole have each been teaching, full-time, for the past several years. They are both focused on combining the principals of breath, gaze and movement to create a practice equal in strength and grace, a moving meditation. Their commitment is to give each student an individualized approach on how to achieve the goals they set for themselves.
This special yoga retreat includes:
- Deluxe accommodations for 4-nights
- Three fresh, healthful meals each day – mainly vegetarian with seafood options several times per week and alternatives for those with dietary restrictions
- Twice-daily yoga classes
- Full use of all resort amenities – including the salt water swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, meditation labyrinth, desert gardens, hammocks, and more
- All water, teas, and juices with meals
- Airport transfers on November 1st and 5th
- All sales and hotel taxes
