About Sherif
Sherif is originally from Egypt but spent his formative years in Germany and Puerto Rico before his family settled in Cincinnati. Sherif discovered yoga in 2006 and life has not been the same since. While working in commercial real estate investment, his yoga practice steadily became a bigger part of his life, as did Vedic Astrology. He completed his Astrology studies in 2009, which enabled him to read and interpret natal charts. Ultimately his interest in yoga caused him to complete his power teacher training certification. In teaching yoga, Sherif discovered an outlet to teach and connect with the yoga community in Denver. His business background and love of yoga led him to found ONE Yoga with his wife, Heather Knight.

Gitali
After teaching yoga steadily for nine years to a diverse clientele in studios, schools, hospitals, and for corporations throughout the northeast, Gitali is happy to have landed here at ONE Yoga in her home state of Colorado. She gratefully received her initial certification from the Shambhava School of Yoga where she still continues her personal studies. A licensed massage therapist and Reiki master, Gitali worked for seven years at the Philadelphia Reiki School and Clinic in program development and administration and offered sessions and classes as a therapist and teacher. She was also one of the initial pioneers in the Abramson Cancer Center’s Reiki Volunteer Program at UPenn Hospital. Gitali is also trained in yoga for kids, yoga for breast cancer recovery, medical Reiki, Thai yoga massage, and she continues to learn every chance she gets. Additionally, Gitali collaborates with Dr. Michael Fowlin to bring assemblies to schools around the country focusing on self-acceptance, kindness, compassionate understanding, and diversity awareness. She is a performing musician and recording artist who loves to chant and released her fourth album, This Truth with the group Collective Acoustics shortly before moving back to Colorado in 2014.
