Baja Mexico Yoga Retreat

Los Cabos, Mexico
w/ Joanna Dunn & Kelli Riddle
April 9 – 16, 2022

Joanna Dunn and Kelli Riddle are collaborating to offer you an absolutely unique and amazing experience, using yoga, meditation and life coaching, to bring you closer to your true and authentic nature. During this week-long yoga retreat on the beautiful Baja Peninsula, they’ll take you on a journey through the five koshas, or layers of self, to your innermost being, where joy and contentment can be found.

Most of us are aware of our physical body, the outermost layer, but to journey within, through the breath, mind, wisdom and spirit layers is to understand your True Self.

You’ll have the opportunity to really drop-in and explore these layers in community and a loving environment, you will explore and deconstruct the ideas about who you are and use the koshas like a map which leads to your new way of being.

When you know how it feels to be fully present in your physical sheath, rather than floating through life dissociated from it, you will find yourself more centered, less prone to accidents, and more intuitively tuned in to how they affect each other.

Start each day with meditation and yoga followed by a fresh, delicious breakfast. Relax by the pool, head to the nearby beach for a stroll or go explore the towns of Todos Santos or Cabo.

In the afternoon, we’ll gather for yoga again before dinner and watch the sun set over the Pacific Ocean.

Optional excursions include surf lessons, horseback rides, and sea kayaking.
